These are old Edison rolls which you play on an Edison phonograph.
Take a look at the wallpaper and that old picture on the wall. I bet that was risque in its day.

This looks like so much fun! I love seeing old stuff and trying to imagine what it was like to live when that stuff was the newest thing. So fun to see the pictures!
